Shipping policy
Each piece of jewelry is handmade in our Crystal Lake studio. Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery of your item(s). Please note that during some sales or promotions, production time may increase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.
We ship via First Class USPS. Standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information. If your order is time sensitive, please choose USPS Priority shipping at checkout and we will do our best to expedite production.
Kest Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit or returned to us due to an incorrect address. If you package is lost/stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly.
International Shipping:
International orders continue to experience longer than expected shipping timelines. Based on carrier delays, please allow up to 5 weeks for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived by then, contact customer care for help. Our fulfillment timelines are usually within 1 - 3 business days of receiving your order, but there is nothing we can do about the extended carrier delays for international orders.
