Final Sale for personalized items:
All personalized items are final sale. This includes gifts and free give aways as well. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at sales@kestjewelry.com
Returns:
Non personalized and unworn pieces in original condition with original packaging are accepted for returns. Please contact me at sales@kestjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return process. Shipping charges of the original order is non-refundable and return shipping is always a customer responsibility.
Worn items (including items with signs of wear or not new condition) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange:
I would glad to offer one free exchange on non personalized, unworn pieces with original condition. Please contact me at sales@kestjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return process.

Reworks/Repairs/Length Adjustments:
If there is an issue with your item, we may be able to repair or rework your piece. Email me at sales@kestjewelry.com to initiate the process. This includes length, chain breaks, size of your piece, personalization issues, etc.
These are handled case by case depending on the issue and can be complimentary or completed for a fee.
We do not warranty against tarnish. All the materials we use are tested for day-to-day wear. However, chemicals in some personal care products could cause some issues. It is important to follow the care guidelines included in the package.
